Our models only pay a 10% fee of their earnings, making us one of the most generous agencies in the industry. We believe in compensating our models fairly for their hard work and dedication.
PAY ROLL
At After Glow Models, we prioritise the security and transparency of our models earnings by using a HMRC-registered payroll service for all financial transactions. Unlike other agencies that may funnel payments through their own accounts before disbursing funds to models, by using this trusted payroll service (funded through the percentage allocated from the % you pay us) we guarantee that all payments are handled securely and efficiently, providing our models with peace of mind and financial stability.
TRAINING
All new models will receive detailed training videos designed to familiarise yourself with navigating our streaming platforms effectively. However, our commitment to continuous development extends beyond this initial phase. We conduct weekly Zoom calls to address any questions or concerns that may arise and offer ongoing support. In addition, our team of four highly skilled mentors are readily available to provide further training and guidance as needed, demonstrating our dedication for the professional growth and success of our models.
GROUP CHAT
We have an established a dedicated WhatsApp group chat for all our models, giving a professional and supportive environment we like to call ourselves a close-knit family. Our group is facilitated by four experienced mentors, ensuring that our models have access to continuous support and guidance at all times. This commitment to providing 24/7 support and training underscores our dedication to the success and well-being of our valued models.
EVENTS
We strive to organise two annual events for our models to gain lasting friendships and a sense of belonging within our community.
